Henry James Tudor, the eighth and youngest child of William (1750-1819) and Delia Jarvis Tudor (1753-1843), lived from 1791 to 1864. He was an assistant to his brother Frederic (1783-1864) in the ice business, while at the same time carrying on experiments for evaporating sea salt in large quantities.
